I’d like to see a better video.
If the guy is barehanded then I say it’s nothing.
If he’s wearing gloves? Then it may be worthy of suspicion.
Unless he has already had COVID and is presumably immune.
He had white gloves. There was also a girl with him with white gloves and an armful of stuff-she knelt down-likely wiping down the rest of the podium.
Could have been disinfecting the podium or could have been spreading contamination - no way to tell from the video and it moved off of them before we could see whether they went to Biden’s podium.
So basically nothing to know for sure.
