A high school principal in Florida who was fired after he told a students mother not everyone believes the Holocaust happened may be rehired, according to a report.
Schools Superintendent Donald Fennoy recommended to the Palm Beach County school board that William Latson, former principal of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, receive a new school district position and $152,000 in back pay.

He should be rehired as kitchen staff where they have the ovens.

It’s a union gig and an arbitrator will always rule in favor of the employee. That’s how.
“Not everyone believes the Holocaust happened”
Interesting standard. Not everyone believes that the Earth is round. Do they refrain from teaching that? I recently read that mathematics is Eurocentric dogma. I’m guessing that they’ll have to abandon that, too.

Is he voting for Biden-Harris?
In Boca Raton, of all places.
What way do you think Palm Beach County, and Boca Raton vote?
Guess which way the Jewish people there vote?
Now if he didn’t believe in global warming then he would be fired for good.
A lot of cities, Dallas, being one, are building Holocaust museums.
I suspect in a few years, they will become shrines to BLM, instead of a museum commemorating The Holocaust.
They also vote in New York.
The Palm Beach County school board has a vast headquarters stuffed with well-paid staff. The board itself though is composed of weak personalities and it rarely imposes and enforces standards. The net effect is that public education is a vast, formless blob, lethal to academic excellence but purposely inoffensive to everything else, including Holocaust denial.

“I can’t say the Holocaust is a factual, historical event because I am not in a position to do so as a school district employee,” Latson wrote in an email, later published by the Palm Beach Post.
“Not everyone believes the Holocaust happened and you have your thoughts but we are a public school and not all of our parents have the same beliefs so they will react differently, my thoughts or beliefs have nothing to do with this because I am a public servant,” the principal said. “I have the role to be politically neutral but support all groups in the school.”
I never knew that the extermination of 13 million people in dozens of still standing death camps that anyone can tour and see for themselves, was a ‘belief’?
Ok, then I say “I can’t say slavery is a factual, historical event.”
I'm sure this racist grinned when he denied the Holocaust. Decent parents need to keep their kids far away from this terrible person.
Exactly. If you don’t believe the Holocaust, then why believe in Slavery?
If you believe in Nothing...than you accept everything.
> Its a union gig ... <
I dont think thats true in this case. Principals - and other administrators - are usually not members of any union. This guy might be a member of some principals association. But such associations are rather toothless.
Its more likely that this is just a case of individual school administrators looking out for each other.
