This September was the worst for shootings and murders in 30 years. It's just down a bit from the insanity of the Summer.

84 homicides and 325 shot and wounded in September.
65 homicides and 430 wounded in August.
Shootings down 19% or are the ferals are benefiting from the increase in this year’s range time?
Aggravated Battery and Vehicle Theft are each up 5% in September over August.
But crime is down.
Must have been a huge drop in jaywalking, loitering, and littering in September.
