The motion is very very slight; only noticeable if one looks at the top edge of the video where the edge crosses the design on the flag.
Maybe the camera has a stabilizer, but there’s a slight lag?
I can’t hear any hum, but then again, my ears are no good....

I’m glad he did this, but they should never have been here in the first place!
It seems to me to be image stabilization. I have a number of smartphone
camera apps that will act just like that while hand held, and a 4K Sony
Handycam that also “swims” in very much the same way.
Look at the things that are not swaying, that should on AF1, like on the flags.

Put headsets on,you can hear the hum at whitehouse and hospital and back ground noise.Same camera used.Any legit cameraman has a tripod.I saw the camerawomen get in a car to WR.She had a big bag.Forgetting that nobody leaves the camera mike on.Both video’s were shoot by the same person.In my mind this part is settled.
