RATS have a habit of knocking off people just before a presidential election. Remember Caligula’s grandmother “Toots” and even Teddy, the Swimmer, Kennedy both got visits from Caligula and then the next day, I think, they died.
I’m not saying, but it is a coincidence. If there is such a thing.
The RATS create their own coincidences.....
