HMMM. PICCline that sounds familiar. Might have been what I was thinking of. I don’t recall there being 2 ends of the one Dad had-but it has been 12 years.

Each “strand” of tubing is called a lumen. They come with one, two, or three. They generally stay in for a few days to a few weeks so a new insertion is not necessary each time one needs IV fluid, an antibiotic or other IV medication.
