I guess you mean a 'port' such as used for dialysis. I don't know a lot about them but they are - as I understand them - a long term subcutaneous device used by piercing it with a needle while treating. If it was active during the debate there would need to be some sort of pump and I would think a rigid needle to pierce the port, but that is where my knowledge breaks down. When it comes to high level high tech cheating I suppose we are all grasping at straws.
As to the 'wire' - it may just be the wire from a 'wireless' debate mike to the small transmitter placed under his clothing ... or maybe not(?)
This is similar to what I was thinking of. Just something that they could use multiple times—not necessarily during the debate. Maybe why they wanted the breaks?? All TBD some day I hope.

I don’t have time to debunk all this nonsense, but what would the point be of having Biden wear a “wireless debate mic”? Everyone could hear every word he spoke, a mic is attached to a transmitter to convert sound into electrical signals...surely anyone posting thesee nutjob theories ought to have at least a rudimentary understanding of communication’s devices and the function of a transmitter and a receiver. I don’t mean to be harsh, but it is becoming embarrassing to anyone knowledgeable in the field, which doesn’t help our side.

The port that one uses for “permanent” access appears about the size of a quarter and is above the breast in a lot of cases. They are under the skin, and look somewhat like a pacemaker. There are no permanent “tubes” sticking out.
The pig tails used on some ports are not that far down into anyone’s sleeves.
The IV access that a lot of people have seen in the hospital are rarely used outside of the hospital because they are pretty fragile for use in every day life.
For weeks there have been voices on FR telling people that while Joe has some cognitive decline it does not mean he cannot hold his act together for two hours.
For weeks there have been people on FR warning of a “rope a dope” possibility from the Biden side.
I think those suggestions came true to some degree.
We should accept that we are really going to have to show Joe for what he is and not rely on his self destruction. That should not be too difficult—but people need to start thinking that he is a candidate and he is not going to show up, crapping himself on the stage.
