Ill be the first to admit, Pro-Gun people can be some of the most pedantic, hard-nosed overzealous, defensive people you'll ever meet.
Its hard for us to watch an action movie without critiquing every part of every gun used in every scene. It's hard for us to have a conversation about guns with someone who doesnt know much about guns without DMX barking about how a magazine is not called a clip.

The 2A is under constant threat from those who are not only useless about firearms but have serious ethical and legal issues of their own, one glaring example Leeland Yee, who received numerous awards from Handgun Control Inc for his tireless work at reducing gun violence, now in Federal prison for GUN RUNNING. It would come as no surprise if the names of any gun grabbers show up on the flight logs to Epstein's magic island.

Do not ever... EVER teach a gun grabber anything about guns. They will only use that knowledge to further their own agenda

Because every ‘compromise’ we have made has meant giving something up and getting nothing in return.
And then the Hoplophobes come back for more...
So it ain’t us - it’s them.

Oh yeah, as a ‘car guy’ I can tell you I’ve audibly laughed in theaters several times when cars on grass, gravel, or sand surfaces squeal their tires.
It’s getting better, but 70’s and 80’s vintage movies (and ESPECIALLY television were notorious for this.
And I just watched a show the other day where a 1940’s vintage Wurlitzer jukebox played ‘Good Lovin’ by the Rascals. Of course there is no way that ever came out on a 78 RPM record. And yeah, some of those old units WERE converted to 45. But the scene clearly shows a 78 record.
Oh well. Hollywood...

Not 'too' long ago there was a twat that called a Ruger 10/22 an "Assault Gun" because it had a 10 round magazine (Twitter comment).

Yes, I know that a 22 LR can kill BUT I doubt if any of the Chicago gun kills are from it!

I do that too. The scene near the beginning Goodfellas where Henry and Jimmy are waiting to meet someone at the diner near JFK, it was set in 1963. For one thing all JFK was still called Idlewild, until 1964. Also the car they were parked next to was a 1965 Chevy, they were completely restyled that year. When Joe Pesci was in my Cousin Vinny he did accurately describe the rear independent suspension on the 1963 Pontiac leMans

You have to have a round in the chamber and remember to keep your finger on the trigger to keep it from moving before you start licking the muzzle.

I made the mistake of watching episode 1 of the new TV show LA’s FINEST. Both cops are in a 7/11 hiding behind shelves before moving in on the robbers. BOTH semi’s have the slides locked to the rear. My niece, who critiques cop shows like I critique war films would have apoplexic.
