Yes you can, and should dream about such a party. I’ve been saying this for years, but it might just happen, post Trump. DJT has destroyed the Ds, making them shed their skin and he is doing the same to the Rs. Of the 16 stiffs who ran against him in the 2016 primary, maybe one or two have been vocal in his (and our) support. Their masks are also off, one only has to look to see.
If there was an alternative to the GOP, made in the image of Donald Trump’s principles and courage, it wouldn’t have any problem attracting legions of supporters. I would wager that most FReepers and conservatives in general would embrace it and the party would quickly become a potent political force that would help re-shape the country.
