Trump can win the “electronic device point” at the start by simply allowing anyone (preferably from the Deep State Debate Committee) to inspect his ears; even use a Deep State scanning device.
Then turn to Joe and say, “We will take your word on it Joe. We know you never lie.”
And walk to podium.
I just hope that Trump brings up a jab reply to Joe about Corn Pop. It would be hilarious if Joe were to take the bait and go on a Corn Pop tangent.
