Call out the military and give them real bullets.
How about cut them off from electricity and utilities too. You need to eat to maintain that will to fight. They rely heavily on grid power to have internet and recharge their cell phones.
Kent State. The 1968 “antiwar” rioting ended with a volley from the National Guard at Kent State U that killed four peaceful students who were throwing bricks and suchlike at them troops and trying to swarm them. The National Guard should be deployed to the cities currently in rebellion and each unit should be carrying a flag that has on it a rattlesnake and the words “Remember Kent State.”
