On a positive note one of my kids now at college talked to two Turning Point USA guys on campus today. Then watched an administrator kick them off campus (it is a private school). But they had already invited my kid to coffee and my kid went! Asked if my kid would like to be the campus rep. Whoa! My kid isn’t where they feel they are able to articulate their views well so probably won’t take position but its a start. And maybe these friends will help my kid learn how to do that.

That’s good news. Being a campus rep and likely having to debate people who are hostile to your point of view is not easy, but it’s a good skill to have. I hope it works out well for your kid.
