It will be such a crisis of confusion for the citizens, I would suspect the President would have to say -The Phrase- as he announces that he is the president elect.
Would love to see a real bombshell—Conspiracy to Murder POTUS, with everyone involved in those assassination plots we heard about indicted. That would set the stage for much less important crimes to be indicted right after, like perjury, treason, obstruction, falsification of documents, conspiracy, financial corruption.
Would that happen during the blackout and POTUS is broadcasting through the emergency broadcast system?
