(b) The Department of Labor is directed, through the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), to establish a hotline and investigate complaints received under both this order as well as Executive Order 11246 alleging that a Federal contractor is utilizing such training programs in violation of the contractor’s obligations under those orders. The Department shall take appropriate enforcement action and provide remedial relief, as appropriate. Love it. Equal treatment under the law.
This should re-elect President Trump, all by itself.

Unfortunately, this will never make the news that most Americans get. The Biden add I just listened to from a Philadelphia station is sickening.

It took a fairly decent amount of time to draw up that document, which is why it is superb. Most of us never dreamed that kind of absolute stupidity was going on to the extent it is, and at taxpayer expense.

1. The contractor shall not use any workplace training that inculcates in its employees any form of race or sex stereotyping . . . You know, states contract with the Federal government. So does Google, etc. Let's see California submit to this.

Good deal. End the generation guilt training and critical race theory and 1619 project in Education. Go Trump.
Good deal!!!

This is great. He should also start a whistleblower hotline for employees of federal contractors or federal grant recipients to report violations.

A fine example of a true Conservative President, unlike some pretenders we have had.
