The dosage your dog takes is NOT the dosage doctors give. Also, Ivermectin is given in conjunction with a cocktail ( a triple therapy ), as in Hydroxychloroquine, ZINC ( once again ) being one of them.

It appears that Dog Drugs are better than people drugs. You have ivermectin for COVIS and for cancer, Fendazole another parasetic drug which has an amazing success rate (over 85%) of erradicating stage 4 cancers.
