Yep. Stevie Ray Vaughn too. I found a couple of websites about celebrities who died in plane crashes, quite a few I had forgotten.
I had that album, too. Good lyrics, nicely-arranged,and excellent instrumentals. One of my sons has done some songwriting, and I told him to study that album to see one of the ways it is done.
Time In A Bottle was our graduation song.
They wouldn’t let us have Wasted Days And Wasted Nights.
Kinda have had a grudge against Croce ever since.
We lived in Bucks County PA for years which is allegedly mega-haunted. I never saw a thing when we lived there. That said, I'd have been pretty unnerved if what happened to you, had happened to me.
