Alerting greeneyes, I was just replying as I know nuttin about this.
Although Fox News stated that Amy B was a Rhodes Scholar and verbally and in print, I have been informed that she attended Rhodes College in Tennessee-which I have no knowledge about. While that could be described as Rhodes Scholar, it’s hopefully not the same as the one for Oxford.
I did receive in FRmail the following info regarding her decisions:

Conservatives advancing the cause of ACB (Barrett) might want to spend more time reading her actual record. She said a jurys death penalty decision could not be enforced as Catholic judges are morally precluded from enforcing the death penalty.

For those conservatives championing #Barrett, she also sided w/ Illinois Democratic lockdown Governor against churches, against freedom of association, and against freedom of expression. https://politico.com/f/?id=00000174

In #Barrett tenure on the bench, she hasnt found a prosecutor she doesnt side with, a corporation she doesnt prefer, or a government action she doesnt approve of. Bad rulings on takings, free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, discrimination, and misconduct.

Remember when citizens challenged the impropriety of using city parks to build Obamas presidential center? Guess who came to Obamas rescue, using a dubious interpretation of standing to deny citizen access to the courts? That trusted conservative Judge #Barrett
