I noticed, too. He told the “visited DC 17 times” story and emphasized the 17 at least 3 times.

Then he went on to prominently mention a few other numbers. I have to go back and replay it, but iirc, one of the numbers was 128.

So I looked up Q128. It was posted on 11/09/2017. Has huge image which I will post in next post.
