But what you can do (besides a hard refresh) is to add a query parameter to the URL. For instance: www.blah.com/blah.html?blah. Every time you change the query parameter the browser thinks it's a new page and will reload from the server and not use cache. A lot of pages already have a lot a params like the above that do a variety of things. If the page already has one go to the end of the URL add an & (ampersand) the something=anything. Example using the above parameter: www.blah.com/blah.html?blah&something=anything.
