I have not researched to see the race of perp or victims here, but historically the majority of black shooting victims in Chicago are black. Where is black lives matter?

Many people will read these news items about the shootings in Chicago and conclude that Chicago is dangerous. They are right; it is dangerous. But there is more than one Chicago. I have lived my whole life in Chicago and never really known murder or shootings. There are two parts of Chicago that have produced virtually all the shootings. These are gang territory intersections in black communities near where public housing was and where many public utilities for needles or public welfare services are still today.
In other words, you could take out a ten square mile part of Chicago and the rest would be safer than any other major city in the country. Chicago is about 50 miles by 20 miles big. So 10% of the city produces about 90% of the shootings. And even the shootings out side of that area often spawn from people who live within the shooting zone. And while there are hundreds of ethnic minorities in Chicago, both the shooters and the victims are virtually always black to some degree. Life is cheap with these people. Black Lives matter is some, but not too much to these people.
She, being a democrat, willingly allows the deaths so as to keep the people miserable and unable to get out of the excrement they are in. Then she blames the deaths on Republicans.
