No, I mean it doesn’t seem to tell me who is financing as Q asks. But I think the text does kind of loosely lay out the tactical formula they use - a formula similar to what we see used elsewhere by the usual suspects. A small core of rabid thugs, influencing the easily-influenced protestors that tag along.

I don’t know a thing about Murphy.

I’m not very good at deciphering these things either sometimes. Most times actually. :)

I’m more about throwing ideas out and seeing how others see them.

Not sure what the pen is pointing to, but Murphy is SES according to his bio. He was given that designation by Obama, so he probably isn't a good guy. But I doubt he has the money to fund Pantifa and BLM, so I don't know what Q is implying here. Maybe the SES is the shadow government, and they have found a way to fund outside entities with taxpayer funds? I have no idea, really.
