IIRC, it has the only known footage taken from inside Tower 1.This is the documentary about the rookie firefighter, that just happened to be filmed on the day of the disaster, right? This is the film where you hear the bodies falling on the pavement and awnings outside. It's a chilling sound to hear.

The film you refer to, ‘9/11’, is also the only film that shows the first plane hitting the tower and the public reaction.

If I remember correctly, that is the movie that caught a woman screaming in the elevator. She’d been doused with jet fuel and set afire. I think I saw one version of their footage that had the audio of that, but not the video. It was horrifying and stayed in my head for days.
