Helping as best I can. Someone I know lost everything i the Lightening Fires in Calif and had been in touch with Fema and even received money. But they want documents which are going to take time to organize. It's strange that a Californian has gotten through to them. If that person tells me some other method other than via telephone to reach Fema, I will let you know. In the meantime, it's very kind of you to organize assistance for your neighbors. wishing you all the best. And don't expect to “recover” from this acute trauma very fast. Studies after 9/11 said the most effective way to prevent PTSd from setting in (after 6 months) is to tell your story over and over to people and probably just as helpful to tell it to dear Bugs!
