I don’t think that POTUS would come to NY on 9/11 simply for the security nightmare it would create. The day is reserved for the victims’ families and the city tried to take that away from them this year. He will be in town in 2 weeks for the UN General Assembly and there’s nothing Big Fredo can do about it.
