We were at a friend’s house yesterday and one woman said she isn’t sure who she is going to vote for. She says she voted for Trump last time around, but is uncertain today.
I could not believe my ears. I tried to explain to her what’s going on, but all she could fixate on was Trump’s lies and uncouthness.
I said I keep hearing about Trump’s 20,000 lies. Could you please tell me ONE lie he has told us? Dead silence. I pressed that and she could not respond with a single “lie.” I was shocked at what I heard and saw from her.
I need to memorize a 30 second “elevator pitch” for people like that. I tend to get hot under the collar too quickly when I encounter people like that and need to learn to tone it down, keep it under control, and develop a solid pitch that does the job and closes the deal.
I spent some time explaining to her the background to BLM which she had not heard, but I think she categorized me as some insane right wing conspiracy kook.
It will hurt only if people see it. I don’t watch TV, but yesterday FReepers from Florida were saying that they are seeing endless Biden commercials 24 x 7, but NO Trump commercials. That was troubling, to say the least.

Except loss this time around could be the end of the Republic. The communist take-over of the Democrat party is nearly complete and Soros is backing mayors, Attorneys General, and DAs/Prosecutors all over the country. It’s that serious.
They will cancel the Second Amendment, then cancel all private property and expropriate corporations. The world has been down this path many times before, always with the same results.
Our family fled this in the late 20s in Weimar, Germany, then 18 years later when the Soviets invaded Poland and confiscated all of our remaining family wealth. We’ve been down this road multiple times and it has never ended well for us.
I see Biden ads on FOX and Hallmark. They also see nonstop Kelly ads here in AZ
