At any rate, clicking the link at the bottom reveals that part is related to WuHuFlu. JMHO-YMMV

You generally don’t reuse or change a code. You can add to a code (3822.01) or assign a new code. hmmmm...

ZIKA is mosquito transmitted and can be limitedly spread human to human.
