This news is a few days old, and the Senate tabled the measure as its attorneys deemed it unconstitutional. I bitched and moaned about it legislators, along with others, but to no avail. The measure is dead until the next legislative session, in January.
Still, even with this (minor) defeat, I’m glad to live in freedom loving Idaho, where we often tell politicians to go pound sand.
