The video was made by a person who had been arrested and was inside the squad car, who uploaded it to TikTok. The jackass mayor was just walking nearby and decided to interfere with the police. Nisswa MN Mayor Fred Hindmann has been charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.
