CONT’D: Just before 7pm tonight, the team went to do surveillance on an apt complex at 7602 3rd Way SE in Lacey, Washington, just outside Lacey city limits. CONT’D: They believe he suspect armed. Suspect began driving away in the road in front of the complex and shots were fired at the suspect’s vehicle.
