No government or agency can function with the degree of corruption installed by Clinton/Obama. The swamp is being drained. The pace is determined by the rule of law, delay tactics employed by the deep state, and the Trump Administration's desire to keep the country stable enough to function.
All in the FBI who participated in the sham Hillary email farce termed "the mid-year review" have been fired.
This graphic needs to be updated but contains many of those "drained" from the FBI's top tier. I read that the lower tiers were "gutted" earlier, in the first year of the Trump administration. The MSM is hiding the draining to make people feel "nothing's happening".
