Those tiles on the roof were not orginal. When we bought it and lived there ALL the roofs were Cedar Shingles. One year some kid threw a lit cigarette or firecracker on it and it caught on fire. The neighbors behind saw it burning and started hoseing it down. Mostly smoke damage and water damage all in the garage. The fire department was so kind.
My husband and I built those agregate steps going up to the house. Like I said, I really loved living there.
