Initially, they talk to groups who have grievances to see if they are willing to be violent and over throw the government. An infiltration of the country.
Willing participants and often the replacement leader of the country may be set up in advance. They are given supplies, and weapons to conduct the insurgency.
It also seems to me that there are parallels with Soros Color Revolution. In general, there is a contested election/accusations of voter fraud.
There are false flag ops where the mercenaries dress up like Government Authorities/military and do a huge massacre of innocent people. To fan up hatred to turn the people against the current regime-or some other group that they want to get people to hate.
A number of countries have been toppled in this manner. Everyone should be attending their City and County meetings to know what is going on and express their views. Likewise keep up with the State actions.
The majority of the people are NOT for this crap. Silence is acquiescence. Time to speak up. LSM is in on selling the narratives. They are part of the Globalist Cabal that wants the NWO authoritarian/totalitarian governments.
And notice that even the "conservative" Fox News helped stoke the fear with the George Floyd incident. Showing that incident time after time and declaring it was a clear and deliberate murder. Then the autopsy did not support that.
And when the cops involved walk, they'll have another opportunity to stoke some riots-cause no one will know or understand how that could possibly happen-cause he's already been found guilty in the court of public opinion.
The press needs some restraints-they don't even bother to say allegedly and innocent till proven guilty --not even a token gesture of responsibility in reporting.
