I correct myself. It looks more like Quebec, so either Montreal or Quebec City. I initially thought it was Ottawa because of the copper roofs turned green and the construction on what I thought was a portion of the Parliament Buildings, but there are copper-roofed buildings in both Montreal and Quebec City. There are too many Fleur de Lis flags for it to be Ottawa. I’m placing it in Montreal because of the high rise in the background.

I watched some of the gathering and it’s definitely Ottawa, so I’m correcting my correction. I’m not sure why they’re all flying the Quebec flag (Fleur de Lis).

It looks like the video was shot in Quebec City, Quebec (PQ). I used to go there on business and the area seems to be where the modern portion of the city transitions to the old city.
