I correct myself. It looks more like Quebec, so either Montreal or Quebec City. I initially thought it was Ottawa because of the copper roofs turned green and the construction on what I thought was a portion of the Parliament Buildings, but there are copper-roofed buildings in both Montreal and Quebec City. There are too many Fleur de Lis flags for it to be Ottawa. I’m placing it in Montreal because of the high rise in the background.
Wouldn’t she have to repeat herself in French if she were in Montreal?
