(1) to incite a riot; or
(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or
(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; and who either during the course of any such travel or use or thereafter performs or attempts to perform any other overt act for any purpose specified in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or (D) of this paragraph—
Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
A fast trial a five year federal prison sentence with no parole would wake a lot of these bastards up.

Maybe more serious charges will be filed-if not by them, then by the Feds.
I am recalling something from reading a SHTF blog — it was when the author saw cops ignoring and even participating in law-breaking, that reality sunk in—till then normalcy bias had kept people thinking that the authorities would soon restore order- by then it was too late.
We have authorities that are deliberately allowing lawlessness to beat people into submission and just like in Wisconsin, those people are criminal thugs.
All I can think is that everyone needs to be praying and contacting their own city, county, state, and national representatives and demand action. And if you haven’t already stock your ammo and review and revise the security plan for your own home as needed.
