appears to have been one of the chief *organizers* of the riots.

And the guy who got shot in the head right next to him (when they were chasing someone with a rifle and jumped him, when he tripped) --

looks like he was one of the infamous "skateboard thugs" (remember the shooter in Albequerque)?
