We are actually pretty close to the point where technology allows us to pre-record a speech and then use audio modification and computer-generated graphics to stage a completely fake speech by a non-existent person. Were probably already there.

That clip is 4K(4096X2160) and was shown on huge movie screens. A typical Zoom broadcast is 1280X720, so there's far less detail.
I've done a LITTLE video editing for Yahoo and a couple of other sites. Splicing together multiple takes to make a seamless appearing sequence is simple, especially when the person is standing in one place.
Using a low resolution stream hides a lot of flaws.
