I noticed the change too. Not as interesting or congenial or informative as before. I wonder if it could be the Twitter effect. Twitter lends itself to brief comments and people tend to be jerks saying nothing but cutting down what they don’t like.
Could be. Also so many get purged or leave during election brawls.
