If Brennan is bieng “interviewed” I don’t see how his lawyers would be dumb enough to allow that if he were himself going to be indicted. Something else going on here...

I was wondering about that too. Any of these guys could refuse to talk — you can not be compelled to incriminate yourself.
However, if they maintain their innocence, could refusal to talk be an obstruction of justice?
