This is so STUPID. QAnon is NOT a conspiracy. QAnon is a person (I don't think it's a bot) who posts questions. The theories mostly are from the Autists that do the research to try to answer the questions.
Does Child sex trafficking exist? Yes.
Have rich prominent and sometimes powerful people been arrested and exposed. Yes.
Were any of those people political? Aren't rich people usually political-using their money to buy access?
Secret? Well some of these were not widely known until recently-so Yes.
Right Wingers opposed to Pedophiles? Is it a bad thing to oppose Pedophilia? NO it is NOT. It is inaccurate to try to say that ALL QAnon supporters believe ALL of the various theories that get posted.
Opinions there are quite Varied unlike the LSM-where each and everyone talks as if they believe that ORANGE MAN BAD, and ORANGE MAN SUPPORTERS BAD.
