Of course he’s not a TARGET—that would be what they did to DJT. Durham is a straight shooter. He’s just going to investigate and when he has all the evidence he needs, he’ll do what has to be done.
So of course, Brennan is not a TARGET. Now he may eventually be a suspect in a co-conspiracy depending on where the facts lead, but he’s not a TARGET-no entrapment here.
