Debating the meaning of time itself, state elections officials voted Thursday to bar rapper Kanye West from Wisconsin's 2020 presidential ballot after staff found his campaign filed paperwork late.
The 5-1 vote came after the members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission grilled a staffer about the accuracy of his wristwatch and his knowledge of the length of time it takes to ride the building's elevator from the ground floor to the third floor as they sought to determine whether West's nomination papers were turned in before or after the statutory deadline.

Of course they are. Dems believe Wisconsin is a major state they have to win. They want all the voters they can get without splitting them up by other candidates. Some others there were having difficulty getting on as well as Kanye.
The 2 GOP representatives on the commission voted against West. Too stupid.
ALso staying in reasonable touch with local Reps...and the GOP headquarter people.
I recently had a kissy fit when a mailer was sent out by the state GOP ‘warning’ people to get mail-in ballots before the cutoff date....We found out it was state and not locals who sent these out...which caused a lot of confusion because people thought they HAD TO use mail in. It was a horrible cardboard flyer the size of a legal pad, and the warning was even in yellow to scare people.
I'm not done yet either as I told them I wanted to know who exactly authorized sending those out because our local officials were equally angry about it.
One thing I learned when they say they'll pass it on to another person you must get a name and how to contact. If you don't it conveniently gets buried.

He got 18 percent last time. They thought when philly came in Trump saw gonna lose, but they were counting on black guys to vote 95 percent hillary, not only 78.

It it ain't close, they can't cheat. If memory serves, the Never Accept Republican Victory started to flourish during the campaign against their most recent Republican governor.
But mail-in votes that will trickle in days or weeks after the statutory deadlines MUST be counted.
So you see I do what I can because it's real and it matters....and just like when we tithe I figure God will multiply our efforts however small they might seem to us to make the difference He intends in this election....we toss the coin but God most assuredly will determine where it lands.
As for Philly....that's a tough city to call, really. Stubbornly Democrat because they're so indoctrinated to believe the lies they've held onto. And Pittsburgh is another stronghold full of just plain dingbats who think they're free and can't see the web of threads being woven around them tighter and tighter. But I'm hopeful after these four yrs. people saw clearly that Trump does get things done. I have a family member who can't stand Trumps personality and how he operates, but He's voting Trump because he realizes the man gets things done and then some.

But he’s black. Are they allowed to hold a black man accountable for missing the deadline?

hopefully Kayne appeals-if he were to get 3$% of the black vote that could seal it for Trump since blacks voted 93% against Trump
