Tricky area, what with spying on Trump; we don't want too much leeway on govt. spying, but we don't want the guilty to go free.
Would've been better to infiltrate female agents; but it might be these places were insular enough, they couldn't do that.
And there's (sigh) a difference between sugar daddying / sugar babying and forced prostitution / trafficking; both morally reprehensible, but people on both sides of that line will lie, but for different reasons. Makes it difficult for the prosecution without video evidence.
This must be why John Adams had his line about our Constitution being only for a moral people...
