A permit? Probably give a platoon of gummint lawyers palpitations coming up with the permit for that thing.
The biggest challenge would be the aircraft (likely French as well) with the radar system and electronics to make it go.
(Although I imagine a bunch of my old NavAir types could whip up a reasonable substitute pretty quick.)
So what do you make of this French air-to-air missile being found in Florida in that airport?
