I think the plan is to run Biden and if he wins, inaugurate him and then he will have the medical problem and be replaced. I read that controlling the succession is easiest if done this way.

I WOULD agree ... or possibly would agree with mbrfl; HOWEVER, I think the RATs know it's too late for any of their potential stable to win, even Mooch.
Their strategy at this stage has to be to get people to split their ballots, giving RATs the House or Senate while Trump is reelected.

Interesting theory. Course, they’d still have to cheat in order for Biden to win. Maybe they think with another candidate, like Hillary or Michelle Obama, they might actually be able to win fairly, or not have to cheat as much.
