Would you want to fly on an airplane that’s “mostly mechanically sound”? Would you want civilians in a combat zone that’s “mostly secure”? Mostly peaceful is mostly just a big load of BS.
If a mob tries to stop my vehicle I will keep driving. I’d rather do a bit of time rather than spending the rest of my life drooling on a pillow or dead. Better them than me. I would avoid this situation in the first place.
