There are rumors that the Obamas aren’t all that happy with Biden. First Barack had picked Deval Patrick as his hand picked VP for Joe (Barack and Deval are close friends, and Deval is essentially an Obama clone). Then Biden sabotaged that plan (purposely or accidentally) by promising to nominate a women. So the Obamas switched to Susan Rice, then Biden passed her up as well. Also Biden has been relegating the old Obama crew to low ranking positions in favor of the Hillary folks from 2016. Which actually make sense if you read the “behind the scenes” biographies of the Obama Administration where Obama’s folks essentially mocked and ignored Biden every chance they got.

Sounds like the work of Jill Biden. I can believe she’d prefer Hillary to Obama. I doubt Joe is with it enough to fight these political brawls.
IIRC, Obama plagiarized part of a Deval Patrick speech once and Deval just said ‘oh, I don’t care’.
