Yes, the arrest was odd. Maybe being detained for some reason, or protective custody as you said.
Could also be a staged event to make the video even more popular. I’ll have to watch the arrest again and see if I can get a glimpse of the officer’s patch and/or badge.
I know they’re more polite out there in Portage county, and she may actually know the cop if she’s out in the less populated part of the county, but It did seem odd.
I actually watched the long video before I saw the arrest video.
I hate to doxx her but the cop gives her address right at the start of the video and it’s also visible at one point.
The cop calls in and says “221 is out here” which sounds like a reference to another squad, and since it’s a rural area that would be Portage County Sheriff I’d guess.
