Yes and according to the Robert’s SCOTUS, any executive order -legal or not may or may not be reversible, depending on the whim of the black robed tyrants. We need some more adherents to the “original” intent.

the Mandatory “Come and Take it” policy
IOW, they have plans for Biden should he win.
