Cuomo Prime Time was CNN’s highest-rated show of the quarter. It ranked 17th with 1,988,000 viewers.

Actually, Rush pointed out last week that Fox News had the highest ratings in prime time of all networks, not just cable, during June and July. Sorry the Murdoch son left—not.
